Amiable staff, FANTASTIC views of the ocean, everything is great. The rooms are reasonably large, with gates. Nothing too much trouble, would recomand it.

Greatly enjoyed our rooms with a seaside view. It was the best possible location near to banks, restaurants, garden, stores, pubs and the beach close to the shops and pubs.

The king room room was included with a fantastic view as well as balcony. Having a shower, hairdryers, and a bidet was a bonus. The location was stunning, right at the beach, it's a plus.

I was happy, the standard room I booked came with a mountain view and balcony, for instance. Had a shower and hairdryers in the bathroom. The location was prime for exploring this very attractive area, near to Teleferique cable car station, and shops and supermarket and the police station.

We loved staying at this hotel in the heart of the touristic old town. The location was perfect for us, with everything we needed within walking distance. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The cleanliness of the hotel facilities was also great, especially the pool area. It was so convenient to have the beach right on our doorstep, with beautiful sea views from our room.

The hotel needs upkeep in terms of maintenance. When we arrived, the shower was broken and had to be repaired twice. The ceiling in our bathroom was cracked as well. Also, the cafeteria in the hotel offered the same breakfast every day: it would have been nice to have variety, for e.g. pancakes instead of eggs every day. The lunch/dinner menu did not have much to offer either, and it was grossly overpriced for what they did have to offer. A final shortcoming was the smoke everywhere. Even the hotel owner and staff smoked from morning to evening within the hotel. As a consequence, my children and I limited our stay in the lounge area because of the stench cigarettes and cigars. All in all, it was good value for money, due to the location.

Staying here for relaxing vacation was very very good, totally recommendable. Booked a room with incredible views over the Mediterranean sea and the mountains.

Located in a bustling area, this hotel is in close proximity to the sea and the town's main attractions. Guests can easily walk to the touristic old town with its shops and restaurants. The hotel is conveniently located near a large supermarket, perfect for stocking up on essentials. Although swimming in the sea is not advised, the hotel provides beautiful views. The room and bathroom are comfortable, with basic amenities.

I recently stayed at this hotel in Jounieh and it was a great experience. the location was fantastic. Situated right on the beach, I had a room with a balcony and a stunning view of the coast. I could also easily access the many attractions Jounieh has to offer. Additionally, the staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any request. The basic amenities provided in the room were sufficient and the breakfast served each morning was delicious. It was really good value for the price paid.

All aspects of my stay at this hotel were satisfactory. No improvements necessary.
